EIOS · Conversational BI

EIOS: ask your business data in plain words and get numbers that were calculated, not guessed.

A language model invents numbers with total confidence. EIOS won't let it.

Conversational BI on SAP Business One · built with EDK, deployed to AWS under ACE · every piece below is a real component · click any piece for the details

Click or tap any piece to see what it does, in plain words. The pulses show how the work moves.

WHAT HAPPENS TO A QUESTION · STEPS 4 AND 5 CALCULATE, STEP 6 ONLY NARRATES The question step 1
Anyone in the company asks, in Spanish or English.
 PLAIN WORDS Permission step 2
License, role and company policy are checked. Any doubt means no, and it is logged.
 FAIL-CLOSED Understand step 3
One AI call sorts the topic against a catalog. If it fails, it falls back to general Q&A.
ONE AI CALL Calculate step 4
The numbers are computed with SQL on the data warehouse. No AI involved.
SQL ON THE DW Compose step 5
Cards, charts and tables are built by fixed rules from the computed data.
 DETERMINISTIC Narrate step 6
The AI only writes the explanation, from numbers already computed.
 AI NARRATES Verify step 7
Each figure in a recommendation must exist in the computed set, or it is rejected.

All data in this repo is synthetic.
Intelligence ladder Descriptive what happened Diagnostic why it happened Predictive what comes next Prescriptive what to do about it
24 capabilities: 23 built, 1 designed.
WHO MAY ASK, AND WHAT IS KEPT License by capability
Each capability must be licensed. The first no cuts the chain, and an error counts as no.
 Access and isolation
Two-step login, opaque session cookie, and row-level security per tenant. Secrets never enter the image.
 Audit trail
Append-only log of 14 fields, with before and after values redacted.
 Spanish and English
Keys are canonical and the texts are localized, so adding a language does not touch the logic.

QUÉ PASA CON UNA PREGUNTA · LOS PASOS 4 Y 5 CALCULAN, EL PASO 6 SOLO NARRA La pregunta paso 1
Cualquiera en la empresa pregunta, en español o en inglés.
 PALABRAS SENCILLAS Permiso paso 2
Se revisan licencia, rol y política de la empresa. Ante la duda, no, y queda registrado.
CIERRA ANTE LA DUDA Entender paso 3

The live environment runs on AWS and is switched on only for demos and interviews. Outside those windows the screen may load but not answer. If it does not respond, write to me and I will start it. Seeded demo data only.
